Project to assist a young adult with a disability and their family; PHA, working closely with the Occupational Therapist was brought onboard to adapt an existing home to function for the specialist needs and living environment of the client, family and carers. 

The scheme also incorporated a new vertical platform lift into the existing building framework harmoniously in order to make all floors fully accessible.  Widening doors, added an external ramp to link the house and garden and specially designing for the client’s independence a height-adjustable inclusive kitchen unit and features
