PHA designed this private elderly home with 5-star facilities to serve as a place of respite, peace and tranquillity for an ageing population.

The scheme incorporated on site provision for visiting families for overnight stay to be with their elderly loved ones and enjoy the picturesque conurbation of Ware, alongside the River Lea in Hertfordshire.
