New build landmark residential development consisting of a cultural banqueting facility, offices, car parking and 105 apartments

The concept of the scheme incorporated a Vertical Wall Planting system, green roofs, grey water recycling, high thermal insulation, photovoltaic cells and solar panels.

The development has served as a catalyst bringing further regeneration to a once deprived area of East London.
