Lewisham High Street, London

PHA took a derelict Grade II Listed building (former Temperance Hall) and sensitively and creatively converted, refurbished and repurposed the listed building as a church and community building.

The high-end finish to the design was achieved by utilising and respecting the existing fabric and adding key features that enhance the performance and function of the interior spaces.  This all aided to provide a favourable design solution for the client, Planning Authorities, Conservation Department and English Heritage
