Project to assist a child with a disability and their family; PHA, working closely with the Occupational Therapist to adapt, convert and extend an existing bungalow.

Added features incorporated: a loft space to create a first floor along with the ground floor, with associated adaptations throughout the house for the family specially making sure the child’s bedroom and wet room comply and work for the child’s specialist needs.

A dedicated therapy room and carers room were also integrated into the new extension of the design.
