PHA independently realised the potential of the building and entire site (5 acres) that their offices at that time were situated at.
Having designed a quick concept, this was pitched to the owner of the land/buildings, and this quickly sparked a very enthusiastic response to facilitate the regeneration feasibility and logistics of the site.
PHA, establishing and building on the key relationships with the local landowner, businesses, also worked closely with the LDA, the GLA, Transport for London (TfL) and the local authority to develop a comprehensive, landmark masterplan that became the catalyst to the now constructed masterplan in the area.
